The SleepStats File Utility (SSUtilities) allows users to edit files created by the PiezoSleep systems. Using this tool, you will be able to do the following:
- Edit header information
- Merge mouse (binfb) and rat (bin) files for recording separated by short interruptions
- Recompute feature vector and feature parameter files from a bin/binfb pressure data file
- Extract individual channels to a separate file
At the moment, concatenation (merging) and extraction for environmental sensor files are not supported.
Download, unzip, and run the executable.
